It's fine. I'm not phased! So what is it? Apple cider vinegar (ACV) and lemon water! I know! You've heard it a million times. But are you doing it? If no, why not!? It tastes gross...I've tried it before and I don't like it...I didn't notice anything...I keep forgetting. HOWEVER, once my clients jump on board, the new remarks I hear are quite different. I can't drink my water without it now...my digestion is so much better...no more acid reflux...I think it's helping with my appetite! It's so important to me because of the endless benefits I've seen in myself and my clients. Let's get to those benefits:
How to make the morning detox drink:
Get yourself a large glass of filtered water. Add a squeeze of lemon or a splash of bottled juice. Now add in up to a tablespoon of raw, organic apple cider vinegar. It's very important to be sure it's raw. Otherwise, all the beneficial nutrients are heated out. I always suggest to my clients to drink this first thing upon waking. Before the coffee and before breakfast. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!! Pro tips: Be sure to drink this with a straw so you don't hurt the enamel of your teeth. If this is your first time trying AVC, please go slow. Just a teaspoon to start. Gradually work up to the tablespoon. Your palate will adjust to the flavor over time. Speaking of time, give this drink time to work. It's not like taking an aspirin. You may have suffered from digestive problems for years. Don't expect them to go away overnight.
