Zesty cabbage soup

I'm one of those people who loves soup anytime of the year. I love one pot meals, plus, soup is so filling.

Most soups have a ton of carbs in them in the form of noodles and starchy vegetables like potatoes and carrots. The recipes I make have some variation of cabbage and zucchini. It's amazing how many different soups you can make with those two low carb veggies!
