Sometimes you just gotta have some bread!

Am I right? 

But, we don't want the carbs, gluten, bloating, or weight gain that comes with regular bread.

This quick and easy low carb bread only has 4 ingredients, and takes just minutes to make. It's perfect for when a bread craving strikes you, but you still want to hit your goals for the week.

It's made with coconut flour so there's no gluten in it. Gluten contributes to inflammation, digestive problems, and weight gain. I've seen tremendous changes in the health of my clients when the make the decision to let it go. 

​I'm not saying it's easy, but it's worth it!

You can use this low carb bread a couple of different ways. Once it's cooked and cooled off a bit, slice it through the middle, horizontally. Now you can toast it or fry it in some oil in a pan, then top it with your favorite spreads. Butter, almond butter, avocado or cream cheese are some yummy options. 

You can also use it to make a breakfast sandwich with egg, sausage, and/or bacon. Get creative! The choices are endless!


​Another option is to let it cool completely and use it as sandwich bread.

Wow, this looks wonderful. The idea of actually being able to enjoy a slice of toast or even an authentic sandwich occasionally seems like a dream come true. I have not indulged in several years. This is a treat I look forward to creating in the near future. Thank you for the beautiful, delightful surprise.
