Like most of my recipes, this is easy to make. No crazy ingredients other than coconut aminos. It's a great substitute for soy sauce and other sauces. You'll find yourself using it often to add flavor to a variety of dishes.
I'm not big on spices so I only add a 1/2 teaspoon of Cayenne pepper. Please feel free to adjust your spices to your liking.
Remember to make your meatballs tiny for easier eating. I start that way but lose patience and wind up with meatballs I have to cut before eating! Still yummy!!
